Writing Studio: Editor Agent + Draft Notes (Not Another Blank Chat)
Keep the draft in shared notes. Use one agent to generate and another to edit. Outline, draft, and edit can be a Chat comparison or a Build chain.

A writing studio is an editor agent plus draft notes. The blank chat is where drafts go to die in a sidebar. The notes are where the document actually lives.
People often want “GPT to draft, Claude to edit.” That split is fine. The mistake is keeping version 3 in ChatGPT, version 4 in Claude, and the “real” copy in Google Docs that neither model can see.
Setup
- Notes: working draft, audience, tone, words you refuse (and words you require).
- Agent D: draft only. Allowed to write into a labeled Draft section of the notes.
- Agent E: edit only. Must quote the draft, not reinvent the piece.
- You accept edits in the notes. Chat history is the argument. Notes are the ship.

Failure modes
Do not let the editor invent new facts. If research is still open, finish research first. Do not “average” two drafts into a third voice that sounds like neither. Pick, then edit.
If the job is a full research → outline → draft factory, skip this studio and use the pipeline. Studios are for living documents. Pipelines are for one-shot production.
